The past week has been extremely busy around these parts. Chuck has been facilitating a group on Wednesday nights which adds another night to his busy schedule. Then he was in Boulder for 4 days including the weekend for a training. I am teaching a breastfeeding class this week and prepping to head back to work pretty soon. The weather was awesome this weekend so the kids and I tried to spend as much time as we could outside and we finally got around to attacking the leaves. I found that raking with a baby strapped to you and chasing a two year old is exhausting work! Alas, the leaves won and are still not completely cleaned up. By day three (or four?) I gave up and decided to throw in the towel!
I was going through some photos of Morgan and came across a few of him at the same age that Sunny is right now. It is so amusing to me how they are so alike some ways, but also so different. One thing is for sure though....we've got some chunky babies!!! Looking back at the pictures of Morgan I couldn't help but see his goofy little personality that we know so well now coming through in pictures from when he was only a few months old. So far Sunny has been nothing but a little sweet pea. Watching their little personalities and dispositions emerge is truly a fascinating process and such a gift to be witness to.
